I am looking for a FEMALE (between 20-30) roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bath apartment! The apartment is fully furnished including the secondary bedroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your baking and cooking needs which includes an airfryer, instapot and immersion blender. Kitchen includes a dishwasher so you don’t have to worry about cleaning all the dirty dishes by hand.

In suite washing machine and dryer.

Individual heat and air conditioning help ensure the indoor temperature stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The apartment building is pet friendly and I welcome dog owners to apply for this bedroom with pet deposit! There is a dog wash in the underground parking lot if the pup gets extra dirty! Unfortunately no cats as I am allergic - sorry!

There is also a gym with an elliptical, smith machine and free weights. In the summer, community gardens are offered to grown produce!

• 6 month lease to start with option to extend
