Palmerston Avenue

Our lovely roommates internship is unfortunately ending and she is moving back home to Amsterdam. We are looking for someone to occupy a fully furnished room with a lovely bay window and tons of natural light. The room is on the upper floor of a two story apartment in the heart of the Annex. The location is incredibly convenient, both the Bathurst and Christie Pitts subway stations are less than a 5 minute walk away. There are tons of choices of bars, restaurants, parks, yoga studios, gyms etc all within 15mins of the apartment (walking). The unit has a patio, dishwasher, large living room and beautiful skylight on the upper level. There is free laundry in the building, shared with two other units (both of which only have one tenant)

Both roommates are young professionals who work full time. We both enjoy hanging out with each other but also value and respect each other’s time and space. We like to keep our common spaces clean and tidy and are respectful and considerate of each others property and boundaries. We love to do an arts and crafts or games night with our friends every so often. Angela enjoys taking care of her plants and Alyzeh likes taking on new hobbies frequently. In general we love hosting people, but always ensuring there’s clear communication and permission depending on the size of the group.
