We are looking for someone to stay for 1 month (May) as me and the other roommate we’ll both be leaving the apartment at the end of the month.
The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood in Verdun, it is very quite and peaceful. The metro station and the grocery store are both located two minutes away from the building. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and can be locked from both the inside and outside for privacy. The kitchen/living room area is spacious and equipped with appliances and a tv. There is only one bathroom in the apartment that is shared between all the roommates.
*Some of the furniture in the photos for the room did not come with the apartment and is not there anymore as it belonged to the previous roommate (desk, chair and white shelf). There is a basic chair and table that did come with the apartment and can be set up.

🏡You’ll be living with 2 lovely individuals, a girl from Spain and one from France in their twenties with diverse personalities and hobbies but a shared interest in creating a warm and welcoming home. Everyone keeps busy with work or uni, but we like to enjoy spending time together watching movies, chatting or making plans together.
We have a good atmosphere at home, we get along great and we have a lot of fun together!
It is important that you can comfortably speak English as this is our common language in the house. If you have a cat that’s a plus 💕
