Evan's room

The bedroom is in the basement but very bright with a large window. The house is in a newer built subdivision and is rented in my name/occupied by me, but I am seeking a roommate to cut living costs. The kitchen is shared me. You have your own bathroom in the basement. Ideally, one person would be best but I would consider other scenarios as well.

I am a 33 year old working professional who spends a lot of time at home outside of work and I have 2 cats, so someone quiet and respectful is a must!
