5 other roommates. We are a friendly group of people, all working young professionals. We are a very friendly group; as you can see in the pictures, there are board games and BBQ and a beer store across the street - all of which we take advantage of. Please note, we aren’t a party house, 95% of time people just spend time in their rooms watching netflix.

• don’t be loud between 11PM and 8AM.

This place IS NOT FOR YOU if you don’t really like people or if you don’t like cats. We never had any problems with conflicts or with people lining up for a shower, but some people just really want the kitchen to themselves. If that’s you, you will be disappointed :) This place is for people who don’t mind roommates.
