This is a large room in a charming old Victorian house. Price includes heating, AC, hot water, and internet. There is a dishwasher and laundry facilities. The room has a large window, high ceiling and hardwood floor. It includes a queen size futon, antique armoire, large desk, and large closet space. Access to back deck and large garden space. Proximity to 51, 105, 162, 103 buses, train to downtown, bike paths, airport, and Concordia University’s Loyola campus and there is a shuttle for Concordia students that takes them downtown for free. Lots of green spaces and is in a safe neighbourhood (NDG) and in walking distance from pharmacy, grocery stores, bagel shops, etc. I have hosted several roommates and it has always been a positive experience.

I work in the fashion industry and I live with two other roomies. Both are students; one at Dawson College and the other at Concordia University’s Loyola Campus (she can walk there in 15 minutes). Both will be leaving at the beginning of the summer. We are clean and lead a fairly quiet life. Sometimes one room is rented at a time and other times both may be rented. Perfect for students, people here for training, or travelling. The warmer season allows for extra space as the back deck offers an exterior room.
