Proximity to 51, 105, 162, 103 buses, train to downtown, bike paths, airport, and Concordia University’s Loyola campus and there is a shuttle for Concordia students that takes them downtown for free. Lots of green spaces and is in a safe neighbourhood (NDG) and in walking distance from pharmacy, grocery stores, bagel shops, etc. I have hosted several roommates and it has always been a positive experience.
I work in the fashion industry. I am clean and lead a fairly quiet life. Sometimes one room is rented at a time and other times both may be rented. I have always had positive experiences. Perfect for students, people here for training, or travelling. The warmer season allows for extra space as the back deck offers an exterior room.
