Hi everyone,

Den room available from March 2nd in a very nice, comfy apartment in Bedford for 700 pm, damage deposit is half a months rent. Great view over the basin and plenty of natural light.

The room is a decent size and should fit a queen bed with no issues but doesn’t have a window due to it’s position. It is however right next to the bathroom and laundry room for convenience.

Apartment is furnished, your room won’t be so you’d need to provide your own bedroom furniture, it’s perfect for someone without too many belongings as we’d like to keep the place clutter free, although there is a bit of kitchen space available for small amounts.

Building also has a common room and a gym!

There are two working professional males living here already so will only be considering similar for the final room. We keep the place very clean and quiet in the evenings due to our work schedules so once more we’re only looking for a relaxed, considerate individual to live with us. We’re very chilled and friendly guys so are open to all nationalities, cultures and genders as long as you meet the general requirements above!

Looking for an initial 3 month agreement, if things go well we can go from there!

Closest parking is a 2 min walk to Larry Uteck unfortunately.

All amenities are included: heat, water and electric, in-suite laundry and 5G WiFi.

700 per month with a 350 deposit.
