Misuse of hydro will require additional fee. This condo townhouse has 3 bedrms. 2.5 bathrooms has yard maintenance, snow removal and garbage collection. The house is located in Nepean and is a safe, clean, and family oriented community with a public park with basketball courts, volleyball court, soccer field, 2 baseball fields and many walking paths. Bus 83 Baseline stops outside my front door. It is 10 mins. from Algonquin College and 30 mins to Carleton University. There are many stores on Merivale Road and Woodroofe Ave. nearby. I am a female,retired health professional who lives a quiet, healthy lifestyle and am looking for same in a housemate. I have a small non-shedding 19lb male dog of 9yrs. who is only comfortable and friendly with people who are not afraid of dogs. He is unable to use the stairs to the basement and never goes down stairs. There is no additional parking at this time nor room for other pets. This area of Nepean is a pleasure to enjoy.

lt is important that my housemate keep common spaces ie kitchen clean immediately after their use as well as keeping their living area clean as cleaning services are not/not provided.
