Details: Rent is $1250 and includes all utilities, 1 parking spot and condo amenities such as gym and billiard room. Security deposit required (half a month’s rent).

Located a 10 minute walk from the beach, a 20 minute bike ride to downtown, a 9 minute drive to Orchard Park Mall and a 15 minute walk from restaurants and bars.

Available April 1st with some flexibility. Single occupancy.

No smoking or vaping

No pets.
