Single room for rent in Windermere area Edmonton $700/month. Utilities not included.

The house is furnished (not the bedroom) with 3.5 bathrooms, big kitchen, double garage and finished basement. There are two chest freezers.

The house has a nice enclosed backyard that is perfect for hanging out in the summer and BBQ’s. We have a gas firepit as well.

The finished basement could be rented instead as it has a full bathroom- $945/month. Otherwise it is currently used as an extra TV space and computer/desk area.

Students are not being considered.

Hi! We’re Jeremy and Jeff. We both live together in this comfortable townhouse and are looking for a third roommate to help pay the rent. We’re both 24, and are both new engineers working in the oil and gas industry. Because of our jobs we’re usually only home 50% of the year, so you’ll get the whole space to yourself often — big perk!

Jeremy likes cooking and will occasionally cook nice meals for the roommates. Jeff and Jeremy enjoy the outdoors in their spare time and also gaming.

We’re friendly people and are easy to get along with. We’re looking for a roommate that we can be social with, but the house also has enough space/separation for everybody to get some alone time as well when needed!

Guests/gatherings are no problem if you’d like to have friends over. The only real expectation from us in the house is that common areas stay tidy and no gf/bf sleepovers for multiple days in a row. Of course, a formal roommate agreement will be created and signed with input from all roommates so that everybody is on the same page and a healthy living environment is maintained.
