College Avenue

We live in a townhouse that is roughly a 5 to 10 minute bus ride and 25 minute walk from campus! It’s also super close to the mall and grocery stores! One bedroom is up for rent, and we have no other parking spaces unfortunately. Utilities and wifi is included in the $625/month.

We are three girls; one in third year Human Kinetics, one in third year Criminal Justice and Public Policy, and one in second year Human Kinetics. We are definitely clean, and respectful and studious during the week but also love to have fun on the weekends!
