Looking for a cozy and convenient living space? This house is in a prime location, a 2-min drive from highway 1, close to shops, resturants and public transit.
Living here you will be sharing living areas, kitchen, dining room, laundry, and bathroom. You will have your own large bedroom with 1 closet for storage. Being an above ground space you have a large window facing north and a blank slate to create you own cozy space.
You will be renting out my space in the home as I move on to other things. The remaining roommates are three men in their late 20s to early 30s and one very large dog. The main ambiance in the house is respecting each other’s space and sleep schedules. We typically do a shared meal once a month to catch up, but no pressure to join if it isn’t your thing.
