About the room
5 minute walk from the Concordia SGW campus. In-house laundry, separate rooms and bathrooms. None of the things in the pictures are included, the room is completely unfurnished (no bed frame, mattress, etc.)
About the roomies
My room is very small, too small to fit a desk or anything other than a bed so I will be basically living in the living room because I have no other choice. Rent is split 60/40 for whoever has the bigger room, so if you want to switch and take the smaller room for a 40 part instead, I might be able to arrange that too.
