Basement suite space - 1 private furnished room available - shared living with 2 roommates: shared studio kitchen/living room in a quiet family home. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed on the premises, no pets. Furnished room (has large closet, bed, side table, dresser, desk, chair). Shared bathroom. Shared studio kitchen/ living room with stove, fridge, microwave. Shared laundry. Restrictions for everyone’s health and safety, a few restrictions to be noted: *No smoking or vaping inside or anywhere around the property. *No parties or loud gatherings. *No Pets allowed - resident cat and dog. Cost per month - $1275 - laundry, hydro and electricity, internet wifi - included. Cleaning fee at end of leash. E-mail to schedule viewing. Application Requirements: 2 References - Proof of work or Record of Employment or student with financial backing. Must be either fully employed, a full-time student, or on a work/tourist Visa. Proof will be required. References from employer, former landlord (or parents if newly moving out for the first time), and/or current school enrollment verification are required. Payment in advance is required, and a half of the rent will serve as a damage deposit.
