About the room
The property is a basement in a three level house. You can get street parking through the city. It’s a 6 minute walk to Ossington TTC Station. This area of the city is vibrant and has many amenities nearby. There is no in-house laundry but a laundromat nearby. You would only need to furnish your room. Short term rental is okay.
About the roomies
I am the only other person in the apartment. 35 year old Professional who works with Scotiabank as a Manager of OHS. I work in the office two days a week. I’d prefer a non-smoker and someone without pets but if you have a dog, it could be negotiable.
I’m generally quiet and keep To myself but always down to meet new people and go out for drinks.
