Looking for a quiet and tidy roommate!

Living spaces include: Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms. (The 2 bedrooms offered are NOT furnished). Amenities include: Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, and parking beside the house.

WiFi is included in the overall rent ($537), but there is a Hydro bill which varies every month.

The house is in a small quiet area, and is a 4 minute walk to the bus stop.

The lease begins from May until the end of April. A one-month rent deposit is required. Both me and the other roommate may be subletting during the summer!

We are both 2nd year Western BMus major friends! We value a clean, quiet, and considerate household!
