Very walkable, right downtown, with easy access to public transport. A bright and well maintained 6th floor apartment with a small balcony, dishwasher, and in-suite washer/dryer.

I am a 19 year old college student who has just moved here with my cat. In my free time I cook a bit, read a bit, and play the guitar. I’m pretty easygoing and friendly but also happy to keep to myself. I’m hoping for a longer term rental but I’m open to short term too.
