Hanna's room

Hi! I am looking for a new roommate (F) to replace me as I’m going back to France at the end of April. The room is spacious, with natural light and a built-in closet. The house is cute and fully furnished, the living room has a wide window that provides a natural light with a view on the front yard, there are a few curious squirrels 🐿 who like to play around when it gets warmer. There is also a backyard and a garage if you need to store anything. The house in itself is located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a 10-minute walk to the University Avenue (82nd), and about 15-minute walk to UoA HUB area. LRT Belgravia station is about 8-min walk.

You will share the house with Camila (F) and Vy (F). They both are in their 20s and are looking for someone their age. Sometimes, we go out together to do groceries or have a nice walk, or have lunch, but I’d say that we are more like introvert kind of people who enjoy their privacy more than being around other people. We don’t party, we don’t smoke nor drink excessively within the house, having friends around is OK as long as it’s not everyday. We are looking for a calm-tempered and clean person. Shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom need to be cleaned once you’re done using them.
