William's room

Greetings! I have a room available in a condo in Southwest Edmonton (Windermere). It is a fully furnished room including high speed wireless internet access, in-room recordable cable TV with movie channels, along with a full private bathroom. The room is on the upper level, has South facing windows, balcony access, and is therefore bright. All utilities are included. Just supply your own groceries, laundry supplies, and toiletries. If necessary, smoking is allowed outside. Great building amenities include concierge service, exercise centre, social room and outdoor terrace with plenty of trails around. Underground parking is negotiable.

Currents of Windermere is across the street. There is a bus stop steps from the building which is a 16 minute commute to Century Park Station, conveniently offering rapid LRT service to the University of Alberta or downtown Edmonton. Park, bicycle trails, convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and recreation center are all nearby.
