Here is some information about the space to consider! It is a Large 1 bedroom apartment (big enough for 2 ppl) being converted into a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances that you will be able to use! There is a front door AND sliding doors that separate the main bedroom from the living room. You would be occupying the main room (pictured in the ad). The apartment is unfurnished, however, I want to ensure whoever is staying is comfortable! Feel free to let me know what you would need for your stay and I will do my best to provide it (I can provide an air mattress if desired)!

I’m an artist and yogi in my early twenties - with a flexible work schedule. Creatives encouraged to inquire. A healthy roommate RELATIONSHIP will be prioritized! Open to negotiations for the right fit!

I am really passionate about community building and I would love to continue hosting my monthly girls nights (paint nights, dinners..ect) so someone who wouldn’t mind this or who is interested in joining in would be a GREAT fit for the space!
