Room available in a large 6 1/2. Short term March 15th - April 30th

Share with 1 other roommate. So there is also a guest room and a shared office.

Washer Dryer. Big back deck and small front one, living room, breakfast area. Located on a quiet one way street with lots of trees.

Close to Vendome Metro and on the Maisonneuve bike path.

Room is 585$ plus utilities. (Usually 30-50$)

Looking for someone respectful and conscientious. Ideally an artsy outgoing person.

I’m a 38 year old professional comic and tour a lot so I am gone frequently.

You’d be living with my roommate Nicole who is doing her masters in fine arts. She’s there year round.
