I have a spare room in the upstairs of my home. It’s a bungalow so only one bathroom we share it. We live in an older neighborhood that is very quiet with young families moving in all the time.

My home also has a legal rental unit in the basement with tenants that have kids. They are quiet, clean and respectful.

I’m 40 year old female. I have two dogs and a cat. I love nature and my passion for work is with flowers/plants. I am an early riser and work days, im a landscaper. I am a smoker but outside smoking only. I do not drink but don’t mind if you do. There is a pool for hot days also the house has a/c. I tend to stick to my self i don’t have guests over that often. I’m currently upgrading the bathroom so it’s more up to date in looks. Im Very easy going.
