Blair's room

I have a spare room in the upstairs of my home. It is a shared space, i am the home/property owner. . We live in an older neighborhood that is very quiet with young families moving in all the time.

I’m 39 year old female turning 40 in June. I have two dogs and a cat. I love nature and my passion for work is with flowers/plants. I am an early riser and work days. I am a smoker but outside smoking only.

My home also has a legal rental unit in the basement with tenants that are quiet, clean and respectful.
