Welcome to your new home, a fully furnished (1000+sqft), 2-storey condo in the vibrant Junction area!
You will be renting the first-floor bedroom that has a walk-in closet. You’ll get exclusive use to the first-floor full bathroom and the terrace. Although, the living room and kitchen is shared, I will be mostly on the second floor which is separated by a door as you enter the unit, so you’ll have a lot of privacy.
Amenities include a gym, outdoor BBQ area, party room and 24/7 concierge.
Bus stop is right in front of the building and a short walk to the streetcar stop. If you need parking, you can rent one of the underground parking spaces.
Stores such as Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, LCBO, Stockyards Village mall, coffee shops and restaurants are within the 5-15 min walk.
