About the room
Hello! We have a room for rent in our two bedroom stacked condo/townhouse. Rent is $800.00 a month plus utilities (heat, and hydro. Water is included) and internet. Available May 1st.
The house has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a garage with some space for storage (we also park our car in there), additional storage inside, a small backyard with a deck and BBQ, laundry on the same level as the bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
The room can be furnished with a double mattress and bedframe or unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
About the roomies
We are two working professionals aged 30 and 32. We typically work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
We are very active and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, swimming, walking our dog and going to the gym. We also enjoy relaxing and watching movies or playing board games. We don’t party but we do enjoy the occasional drink.
We are very clean, quiet and respectful and we are looking for the same in a roommate. We would like someone who is interested in a mix of socializing and quiet time; we would like to share the occasional meal/BBQ or watch a movie.
