Are you doing a summer work term or studying for the summer? We have a fully furnished room for rent in a three-bedroom apartment at Capilano University, right on Purcell Way, North Vancouver. It is located in a park-like setting with large trees, hiking trails, and an outdoor pool.

We are a musical theater student and two film students. One of our roommates is going home from May to August (earlier move-in at the end of April is possible if required), so we are looking for a roommate for the time they are away.

Our apartment is a bright three-bedroom, first-floor apartment with a walk-out patio, in-suite laundry, and an outdoor pool. It rents for $1,266 per roommate.

• You will pay 1/3 of the utilities about $30 a month (per roommate)

• The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a very large closet with drawers, a computer desk, high-speed wireless Internet, and lamps. (The computer shown is not included).

• The shared kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and microwave.

• There are hiking trails and paths for biking right next to the building.

• You can enjoy the sunshine in the outdoor pool (included in your rent!).

• Absolutely no Smoking, Vaping or Drugs. No Pets, • Parking is not included, but available for $75/month for an assigned spot.

• The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the main campus of Capilano, even quicker if you’re late and must run!

We are two male and one female roommates who are all creative types. The three of us are very friendly and easy to get along as school and work keeps us very busy. Generally, our place is quiet, clean, and a comfortable place to call home.
