My house is an old well kept farmhouse, about 20 minutes from Brockville, just outside Mallorytown. It has a couple magical acres of mature trees and groomed lawn with ponds plus a lovely creek running alongside.

Your room is on the main floor and very private, bright and spacious. The room is furnished but can be cleared. We will share the kitchen, dining room and 1 large bathroom and you will have plenty of drawer / shelf room for your toiletries. Washer and dryer are on site.

It is pretty quiet except for the multitude of song birds. I’ve got many raised garden beds so am hoping for a room mate that will like to tend and grow veggies.

I’m a mature, well-educated, professional woman who loves a clean house, quiet and calm, good music and good humour. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs so the clean house thing is lived in clean so not constantly spotless.
I value having straight conversations about what works co-habitating and what does not. I’m considerate, kind and flexible and expect the same in a roommate. Every one has a backstory - that’s part of life. I expect a person to be responsible for themselves in all ways - emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially. No drugs or heavy drinkers and no smoking in the house. I smoke outside.
