We are seeking a single male or female, friendly working professional or student (no couples) to rent a room in a spacious, bright 3-bedroom house shared with other female roommates. The house is located in an awesome neighborhood. The ideal person must be clean, responsible, a non-smoker, and respectful of others. We also prefer someone who is quiet, easygoing, positive, and considerate.

Great location in a nice neighborhood! The house is just a few minutes’ walk from West Edmonton Mall, very close to buses, and near plenty of other shopping and dining options.

The house comes fully loaded with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster, fully furnished living room with a Smart TV featuring free Roku channels, chairs, and a sofa.

Close to many amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Staples, parks, buses, and more. Plenty of street parking available.

Everything is included: utilities, WiFi, hydro, keyless entry system, fire alarm, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and more!

The bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and walk-in closet (hangers plus racks).

No parties, no drugs, and no smoking! A minimum 6-month rental agreement is required. Occasional gatherings with friends, barbecues, and light drinks/wine are acceptable. Please, no heavy drinkers.

With the exception of the basement, which we use for storage, all the common areas of the house are available to be shared by all roommates.
