I am looking for someone to take over my lease of my one bedroom one bathroom in a four bedroom four bathroom apartment from MAY 2nd to AUGUST 31th. Desk, bed & mattress and closet included. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Everything is included in the price (internet, heat, hydro…). Currently 2 male 2 female. Preferably a women to take over. uOttawa students (future or current) only. Possibility to stay in this room for next year. Gym, restaurants and grocery store in the same building.
