Hello! This apartment building is tucked away in quiet Jackson Heights, just south of Whitemud Drive and one street east of Jackie Parker recreation area & off-leash dog park. Minutes from either the Mill Woods golf course or the Meadows/Tamarack outdoor shopping centre, this neighborhood is close to several bus routes and recreation centres as well as being full of several parks, walking and biking trails.

The room being offered is bright and partially furnished, the closet is spacious and the bathroom is your own (with the exception of the shared linen closet). The unit comes with an ensuite washer & dryer, a dishwasher and furnished balcony space if you smoke. If introducing a dog to the space, please let me know as I believe it to be important that the animals are acquainted before any commitment is made.
