Seeking Roommate for stylish loft right in the heart of Locke St South.

Available April 1st or May 1st. First and last month’s rent required + employment letter, credit score and reference.
Huge outdoor terrace and awesome location. All utilities included except Hydro and Internet which we split.
Looking for someone considerate, quiet and kind to rent the other bedroom. There is also a den which the renter will get to have as their own TV room.
Looking for someone who: -Won’t have people over all the time. Max 1-2 times per week -also wants general quiet in the house (especially 11pm onwards -does their own dishes and picks up after themselves
No cats allowed due to allergies. Dogs are fine though:)

You’ll be living with a chill female who works in film and tv and loves movies, going to the gym and hikes. I’m pretty quiet, but enjoy a good conversation over a cup of tea and I love board games and all things comedy related.
