Available April 1st, I have one all inclusive room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood. The home is LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use.

Rent includes TV/Internet and parking if needed. Hydro is separate.

I’m a 33-year-old woman living with my 7-year-old, medium-sized dog and I’m looking for a roommate with whom I can get along and be friends with.

I have a queer/poly lifestyle and enjoy having guests over, but not excessively. I am pretty clean and work from home Mon-Fri from 9-5 pm. I’m also usually at home otherwise but will go out a few nights during the week/weekends.

I love making others laugh, cooking for people, dancing, reading, running, watching tv/movies, playing video games, taking my dog on adventures, and more. I would love to live with someone who would want to do some or all of these things together but it’s not necessary. I do also like my alone time as well and typically am recharging socially when I’m at home.
