We have a large, bright and clean master bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) on the second floor available for rent in a 3-bedroom townhome. Lovely community, close to everything (stores, restaurants, library, services, parks, trails, etc.)! Parking right at the door and transit nearby. Small backyard with a patio to enjoy with a good book. Laundry is in the basement. Community garden is across the street.

This place is perfect for someone who likes quiet and privacy - you would have the entire place pretty much to yourself much of the time.

We are looking to rent to a respectful and clean professional or to a mature student who is friendly, responsible and easy going. No smokers or pets please! Asking $1,000 per month including utilities (except internet).

I am a parent of a teen who is very much into sports. We travel a LOT for sports, and the townhouse serves as our base when we are in Ottawa which is mostly on weekends. The rest of the week I work at a school board as a paraprofessional. We are always on the go!
