And I , almost 40 years old, artist and Working in food services. The appartment is located on a boulevard. The River is 3 minutes walk from home. As well There is the cycle path all Along the River. A bike can be provide. : )

There is all the shops you need nearby. We Can meet on a video call to talk more and see if its a good match. I speak french, english and spanish.
