Located in Bloordale right between Bloor and College, the home has quick access to the subway line on Bloor St (10 minute walk), and is a 2 minute walk to Dufferrin Mall (no frills, walmart, food court, other essentials). Lots of great parks, restaurants, cafes, and bars near by.
