This is a great apartment to live in! It’s just steps away from the Streetcar, and within walking distance to ExhibitionGo. Both Ossington and Trinity Bellwoods are 10 mins stroll away. You can choose between 2 rooms (own bathroom vs shared). This smoke-free apartment is furnished, with ensuite laundry and lots of natural light. You’re going to love the view from the balcony.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly and respectful professionals in their late 20s. Both of us work from home a couple of days a week. We occasionally have friends and family over, but we also appreciate the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment. Once in a while, we take care of my friends’ cats. We’re seeking a non-smoker, clean and organized roommate who values mutual respect and understands the need for privacy. However, we’re also excited about getting to know you and enjoying some quality time together.
