Flexible with move-in dates- Not looking to share the space with a couple

Hello!

One of the bedrooms in my two bedroom, one bathroom in a quiet non-smoking apartment is available for rent! The apartment is located a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, Willows Beach and is on direct bus routes to UVic, Camosun and Downtown. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

The bedroom is move-in ready, just over 10’ x 14’ and comes furnished with a bedframe, double sized mattress, side tables, a closet with hangers and desk and chair. The rest of the house is completely furnished. (And I promise I won’t make you take care of all of my plants!)

The rent includes, all utilities (heat, hydro) and Wi-Fi.

Depending on availability parking and storage packers can be purchased for a small fee, but there is plenty of street parking as well. Laundry is pay per wash.

One cat is allowed with payment of half month’s pet deposit.

A little bit about your future roommate: I am an eary- twenties female who works full time a few days in a row. So lots of time to yourself! Other than being at work, my time is often spent with friends or family, knitting and taking care of my plants.

While I do enjoy spending time with the people that I live with, I also really value having time to recharge on my own as well.
