A.J.'s room

One of the bedrooms in my bathroom apartment is available for rent! The apartment is located a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, Willows Beach and is on direct bus routes to UVic, Camosun and Downtown. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

The bedroom is move-in ready, just over 10’ x 14’ and comes furnished with a bedframe, double sized mattress, side tables, a closet with hangers and desk and chair. The rest of the house is completely furnished. (And I promise I won’t make you take care of all of my plants!)

The rent includes, all utilities (heat, hydro) including unlimited Wi-Fi.

It’s a very quiet non-smoking building so no late night partying is allowed. Parking can be purchased for a small fee, but there is plenty of street parking as well. A storage locker downstairs can also be purchased if you have anything to store! Laundry is on and is pay per wash. Sadly - no pets allowed!

A little bit about me: I am a mid- twenties female who works full time in the banking industry. Other than being at work, my time is often spent with friends, baking, hiking or kickboxing.

While I do enjoy spending time with the people that I live with, I also really value having time to recharge on my own as well. I spend a lot of the time out of the house - sometimes a few days at a time - so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself!
