Hi! I am looking to rent out one bedroom in my two-bedroom condo for a long-term arrangement starting in April (or mid-March if you need to move soon). The condo is renovated and furnished, and includes many amenities. I am hoping to rent it out to a student, professional, or anyone who is responsible enough to help keep the place clean. I will be living in the other room.

The condo building has a concierge and a gymnasium, and utilities including internet are covered in the monthly rent. The building is very close to the Sherbourne TTC stop and there are two nearby grocery stores. The place has two bathrooms in total, so you will get to have your own private bathroom.

I will be needing an idea of my future tenants financial situation as well, just so I can be sure rent will be covered for the foreseeable future. The first month of rent and a safety deposit (for building key) will be required before moving in. No smoking is allowed within the condo, and small dogs are allowed but I will need to know they have been properly trained first.

I am a professional working from home… I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself, but I’m able to communicate well with my roommates. I love gaming, drawing and listening to music. Looking forward to hearing from you!
