Hi there! I’m looking for a female to rent a private ground floor bedroom in my semi-detached home. The bedroom currently has a futon in it, but can be fully furnished with a bed upon rental. You will have your own private half bath with access to the upper full bath for showering. You will have sole access to the fully finished and furnished basement majority of the time, as I live here only part time. The kitchen will be shared, however I will have sole access to the living room and the upper level. Please read the following notes carefully before contacting me. A couple of notes to consider: The closest intersection is Wellington and Commissioners. Parking cannot be guaranteed as I will be home with two vehicles some of the time, however, overnight street parking passes can be acquired in winter months and aren’t needed May-November. I am also close to bus routes. You will be living with me as this is my home not a rental house. I am seeking a working professional or graduate student that is clean, quiet and will respect my home. Rent includes utilities, internet, furniture, linens and access to laundry. No pets, no smoking and no additional visitors without my consent. I will require first and last month’s rent.
