We currently have rooms for rent. This is a 6 bedroom, 2 1/2 storey house for rent located near the University of Winnipeg. The house offers amble living space of 2,254 sf. and is located right off the corner of Broadway and Spence St. There are 2 rooms on the top floor, and 4 rooms on the second floor in total.

Four rooms are available for individual rental. Room sizes are approximately 10 X 13.

The property is located at 179 Spence Street which is very close to Broadway Avenue (walking distance to bus and Pal’s Supermarket). The home has a separate lavatory and bathing area on the second floor with another full bath in the basement. Laundry is available in the lower level.

RENT: $520.00 per month (includes all utilities.

Tenant Restrictions: Due to City Regulations, only ONE person is permitted in each room.

No pets permitted. Tenants are to furnish their rooms accordingly and the landlord will permit one small compact fridge in each room. Tenants cannot place hot plates or microwaves in their rooms.

Main Floor: Spacious kitchen, living room and dining room for tenant’s use. Tenants are responsible to clean kitchen and wash their dishes after cooking.

Applicants must remit their application along with income verification and photo ID.

No Smoking/Vaping or Marijuana Use permitted inside the home. Outside only.

Two out of the six rooms are currently rented by male occupants. Everyone is welcome!
