SUBLET OFFER!

Looking for a tidy, responsible tenant to sublet my room from May - August! A $150 security deposit and a waiver form is required in case of any damages to the room. Preferably no cats, but is something negotiable.

Living spaces include: Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms. My bedroom in specific will come furnished. Amenities include: Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, and parking beside the house.

WiFi is included in the overall rent ($537), but there is a Hydro bill which varies every month ($17-$25).

The house is in a small quiet area, and is a 4 minute walk from the bus stop.

I am a 3rd year Western BMus major student, who values a tidy a respectful environment! Other potential roommates/sublets renting during the summer months is still undecided.
