You’ll be living with two respectful individuals in a friendly home where everyone does their own thing. We keep the space clean, and comfortable. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces.

** You’re welcome to bring your own bed and personalize the room, add/remove furniture however you’d like.

•Your Bathroom• The main bathroom has the only shower/bath in the unit, so that part is shared when needed. This is also the bathroom used for any guests who visit. We have a bathroom in our bedroom that we use privately.

Month-to-month, with 60 days notice required to move out

First + last month required

At least 1 reference is preferred

Smoking/cannabis allowed, only on the balcony (not indoors!)

One person has a peanut/nut allergy, so the home is peanut & nut free (sorry!)

No cats!

Dogs allowed only if they are a licensed support animal (building requirement)

🐾 Pets in the home: We have a friendly dog who lives here and roams the common areas. The dog will not be allowed in the tenant’s bedroom. We also have two hairless guinea pigs and a gecko, set up in the living room.

Hello there, I’m Raven and I’m 29 years old. I am a certified Phlebotomist, and PSW. I’m also a huge music lover (I sing) and animal geek. My partner Alex (M, 29) lives with me. He is a graphic designer and owns his own graphic design and videography company. He enjoys using the gym we have in the building and cooking up some tasty meals in the kitchen.
