The building also includes 2 study areas on the first floor. The building is located directly on dalhousies campus and is close to popular bus routes.

There is 1 female student currently living in the apartment. She is nice, quiet and tends to keep to herself. One other room in the apartment is available for sublet as well, and if rented will be rented to another quiet female student.
