I live about 1km from the rapid transit line. You can get downtown or to the U of M in 12 minutes. Seriously.

I live in a 3br row house. I use the bedrooms upstairs, but I could reorganize if there was a need. The main floor is a common area with kitchen. My basement is the area I actually want to rent out. There’s a bedroom, and a living room,as well as a 3pc bathroom and big windows. There is some work to be done due to the last renter’s pets, so I’m interested in finding someone who can live with a bit of chaos for a while or wants to help install some flooring with me. I’m totally willing to trade your work for credit towards your rent.

My ultimate goal is to add a full kitchen in the basement, but that is a ways off.

My health is not good, so I am in bed a lot. I have a little dog who is 18 who sometimes has accidents. I’m terribly allergic to cats, so if you want to bring one, they can’t leave your basement area. The repairs I’m doing right now are due to damage from animal urine, so I would ask for an extra $500
