Spacious basement, brand-new fittings and appliances. I currently live with my boyfriend but he just got into school out of Ontario & will be moving out in October. The landlord does not live on site & he is very easy going as long as we pay the rent on time. I have all necessary appliances: oven/stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 tvs (you can have one in your bedroom), 2 work tables (you can have one), couch, bookshelf, & there is ample storage space. There is a large shower area in the bathroom & all cleaning supplies to last for atleast the next 2 years. Happy to share all appliances listed.

I am a young professional, working a full time job as well as a part time job. My 9-5 job is monday to friday & I work from the office in tech. Part time I work on my real estate business & this is a combination of outside & working from home. I mostly keep to myself and am very clean. I respect boundaries because I would like my roommate to do the same. I have a cat that is similar and keeps to herself as well, is not very invasive. In my free time I watch tv to relax and chill on the couch with my cat. I rarely have people over & do not drink. I usually go to bed by 11 and am up by 8 even on weekends.
