The luxury duplex is in a new place in a good neighborhood a few blocks from the ocean. The bedroom is furnished, has a desk, tv and has its own ensuite. The common areas are spacious, stone floors, modern appliances and a patio with a garden view. The garden is available for planting vegetables. All utilities and internet are included. Storage space is limited however.

We are 2 quiet, non- smoking 60 something men. One of us works from home and the other is a semi retired carpenter. We will occasionally have small social events with 1-3 friends on the occasional weekend.
