This room is one of 5 in a basement apartment about a 5-minute walk from the Humber North campus. Very roomy with a sliding mirror closet. However the room does not have the same furniture in the picture. With 2 kitchens in the apartment a living room and coin laundry, this room meets all your needs. The room will NOT include the furniture in the photos. There will be a mattress and folding table already in the room. This room is only available from May 1rst to August 24th, so perfect for any Humber summer school students. Contact me if you have any further questions. :)

I will not be living in this apartment I am subletting the room for the summer. If you have another friend you would like to room with I can give you the contacts of the other roomies looking to sublet their rooms for the summer.
