They are 2 quiet female students, one will share bathroom and kitchen with the new tenant upstairs, the other one will share a bathroom and kitchen in our downstairs apartment. The house has 4 bathrooms. I am looking to rent 2 rooms. 2 are already rented. I also have quiet pets (dog, cat)
