Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room for the summer, beginning on April 15th (or May 1st if needed) until August 31st. This room is in an incredibly spacious house shared with 5 other male roommates. The house is incredibly close to UVic (8 min bus ride or 25 min walk). The rent will be $918, not including utilities. House amenities include: 75“ TV, pool table, built-in vacuum system, and incredible views! The room can either come unfurnished or furnished (I can sell you my stuff for a small price). Preferably, I would be looking for a student! Please message me with a little bit about yourself, as I would like to inform my roommates about who their new roommate might be!

The roommates at this house are students and young professionals, and so it would be preferred that the incoming roommate fits those categories as well. Thanks
