About the room hasn’t got furniture.all genders are welcome.It’s 2 min by walk to South Gate mall and access to all bus and lrt. It’s has large living room and really good view with huge balcony at 17 th floor .heat and water included in rent . Internet currently I am paying 57$ and electricity comes monthly between 40$-45$ .Very lucky location to all shops superstore Walmart winners dollarama etc . And many restaurants in walk distance. And in front of building directly bus stop . Very secure building . And laundry on main floor .the room empty one never used by someone when we rented they replaced new carpet and painting
