We have 1 bedroom is equipped with double bed, table and chair. Price includes wifi, utilities, and gym. Underground parking is available with a fee. Kitchen has some essential items already. Living room is shared place, we have TV, you are more than welcome to relax. Our unit has balcony and the building has balcony itself that you can walk around without going out at night time.

1 minute walk to bus BLUE, 47, 66, 65 - to downtown 8 minutes bus to UofW and 25 minutes bus to UOFM 10 minutes walk to bus 55, 14, 19 13 minutes walk to Osborne Village for bus 60, 18, 16

We usually go to Asian store and supermarket or Walmart, we can take you too if you need it 😃 We are all working full time, so we need a lot of personal space and we definitely respect your space as well. Sometimes, Friday nights, I invite my friends over to cook dinners, we’d like to have you joined if you feel comfortable with us :D

We share kitchen, washroom, and house chores.

My partner and I are full-time workers, we both have 2 jobs. So, we mostly are not at home during summer time. We are super quiet during the morning :D. We are not loud except during cleaning hours and friends coming; but certainly will let you know when friends coming over for dinner. If you are not shy, join us!

My partner is kinda a home person, she will stays in the living room watching Netflix. If you see her, you dont want to have a conversation, totally fine :) she does not mind. I am kinda outdoor person, barely see me home if the weather is nice :D. I am taking dance class, playing badminton, swimming, camping and soon snowboarding this winter.

We respect our roomie a lot. Your room your stuff in the bathroom, if they are not us, not for share, we will never use or enter your room without a reason (mostly for maint). So we are looking for female tenant that will do the same to us as it is already tough out there we just want to make friends, be respect and be happy :<<
